A. PRODUCT RETURNS

1. Exercise of Withdrawal right

If you are a person (consumer) then according to Greek Law 2251/1994 (Government Gazette 191 / A / 16-11-1994) as it has been amended, codified and is valid today, you have the right to withdraw without any reason from the purchase order you placed, within 14 calendar days from the date of the product receipt. In such case, you are kindly requested to follow the Return Process described in detail in paragraph B hereof.

The conditions for the valid exercise of the right of Withdrawal are:

  1. The product must be in its original condition, in perfect condition and in its original packaging, which must be in excellent condition, without any damage or to be incomplete in any way.
  2. To be accompanied by all the necessary documents (receipt document, return form) and to include, any gifts, accompanying products and materials.
  3. The right of Withdrawal does not apply to cases that are excluded from the current legislation such as e.g. products that have been made for you to your own specifications and / or are clearly personalized.

Please ensure that the product packaging is secure to avoid product damage or destruction during the transportation of the product.

We inform you that, during the return of the product, the responsibility in case of any loss or damage or destruction, is borne by the customer until the product is delivered to our company.

When we receive your return, we will make all the appropriate checks to the product and in a short period of time we will make a refund to your bank account.

We point out that, in case the product is found to have lost its value due to insufficient packaging or misuse or use, we will be obliged to refund you the amount of the product value, reduced by 30% -50% of its original value. In such case you will be informed via email or phone and before the refund process is completed.

Shipping costs for the product return to our company, are borne by the customer.

2. Return of incorrect or defective product

Upon receipt of your order, we recommend that you unpack and carefully inspect the products to

  1. Confirm that you have received the products you have ordered and
  2. Confirm the absence of external or aesthetic defects.

In the rare case that you receive a defective, worn or a different product from the one you ordered, you have the right not to receive the order and return it to the courier. Otherwise, you must inform us via email at orders@gorogias.gr or by phone at 22370 22752, either for the existence of external or aesthetic defects in the product, or delivery of a wrong product, within 14 calendar days of the item receipt. In case of expiration of the above deadline you will lose any right of return.

B. RETURN PROCESS

For your best service and to avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that you follow the following procedure:

  1. Before any return, please contact us by phone at 22370 22752 or via email at orders@gorogias.gr.
  2. Fill in the “Return Form” where you record your request for product return, product code, reason for return, method of payment, bank account or IBAN and if you wish a replacement or a refund.
  3. Send the filled “Return Form” via email to orders@gorogias.gr attaching,
    if possible, photos of the package and the product.

  4. Carefully pack the product so that it is protected during shipment and place in a filled copy of the “Return Form” and the relevant sales – receipt documents.
  5. Send the parcel to our headquarters, including the information bellow:

  1. When your return is received and the necessary checks are made, depending on your choice, we will either replace the returned item with a new one in a short period of time or refund the amount to your bank account.
  2. You will receive the relevant information in your email.

We would like to remind you that the shipping costs

  1. In case of return due to the exercise of the right of Withdrawal are borne by the customer.
  2. In case of return due to wrong or defective product, provided that you follow the Return Process, are borne by Us.

C. REFUND PROCESS

The refund of the amount regarding the returned product will be completed within 14 calendar days from the date of the product receipt by our Company.

Refunds are made as follows:

  1. By bank deposit, in the bank account – IBAN that you have indicated in writing in the “Return Form”.
  2. By cash refund from the physical store if in your order you have chosen as a method of payment on store.

D. ORDER CANCELLATION

You have the option to cancel your order at all stages of order processing, as long as the products have not been shipped and are still in our store.

To cancel your order, if it has not already been sent, you can either send your cancellation as soon as possible either via email to orders@gorogias.gr or call us at 22370 22752 (Monday-Friday 09: 00-18: 00, Saturday: 09: 00-15: 00).

Cancellations via email must include the following: Name, order number, telephone & contact email.

We inform you that these details must be exactly the same as those listed in the registered order.

If you have received an email for Completion-Shipping of your order, then your order is no longer in our store and has been delivered to the courier company for delivery to the place you indicated.

In this case, after receiving the product you can exercise your right to Withdrawal, within 14 calendar days from the day of the product receipt.
